04 — AGE REQUIREMENT

All clients must be 18 years of age or older.

By submitting a request or purchasing a reading, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Readings will not knowingly be provided to individuals under the age of 18.

05 — ORDER & REQUIRED INFORMATION

Certain readings may require personal or contextual information from the client in order to be prepared.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the requested service.

The delivery period begins once all information reasonably required to complete the reading has been received.

06 — DELIVERY

Completed readings are individually prepared as a personalized PDF document and delivered to the email address provided by the client at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual service page, the PDF reading will be delivered within 3 business days after all necessary information required for the reading has been received.

The client is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that the submitted information is accurate and complete.

07 — PERSONALIZED SERVICES & REFUNDS

Each reading is individually prepared for the purchasing client and constitutes a bespoke service.

Because of the personalized nature of these services, orders are final once work on the reading has commenced.

No refunds are available after the personalized analysis has been prepared and delivered.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

08 — CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Information submitted by a client for the purpose of receiving a reading will be treated as private and confidential, subject to applicable law and the terms of the site's Privacy Policy.
